By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.

Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.

If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.

I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.

NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

Commissioner has to know that this is a paid service for a digital product. Not physical products are shipped.

I retain full rights and ownership over the comissioned artwork.

Commissions are for personal use only. You are not authorised to use the content produced by the artist for any comercial usage.

It's not allowed to use my artwork as an NFT.

Don't remove my signature from the artwork.

Don't alterate the artwork itself without the artist permission.

PLEASE DO NOT COPY, TRACE, REDISTRIBUTE, USE MY WORK WITHOUTH PERMISSION!

The commission is First come, First Served.

I reserve the right to decline a comission.

The client must provide good visual references and descriptions.

Deadlines must be notified before starting the comission.

A complexity fee might be added for complex characters.

An additional fee will be added for props and pets, as well as for background.

If there is any delay with the commission in case of unforeseen issues with health, work, loss of required technology or other personal issues, the client will be notified as soon as possible.

The full comission price must be paid VIA PAYPAL (€).

UPFRONT FULL PAYMENT ONLY. I WON'T START THE COMMISSION IF I HAVEN'T RECIEVED THE FULL PAYMENT.

The client cannot force a chargeback once the commission has been agreed upon and the payment has been sent.

Any monetary compensation made without the written consent of the artist is treated as a donation.
